Week of Dec. 4-8, 2017

Wow!  What an amazing concert this weekend!  We were so impressed with all of the students' performances.  This week will be much quieter now that the concert is over.

Notes:
  • Last week a letter went home about a change drive that each class has started.  To add to that, each teacher will match donations brought in by students up to $25 AND Ms. Scheldrup has told us that the school will also match up to $25 for each class!!
  • The Booster Juice fundraiser ends this week.  Please return all forms by Wednesday, December 6th.

Curriculum:
  • Math: This week we will finish our symmetry unit not with a test but with an art project!
  • L.A.
    • Spelling: Lesson 6 is a review of the first 5 lessons.  There will be no dictation for this unit.
    • Writing: Our special project continues.
  • Science: There is more to be learned about wheels and axles!  We are going to discover how the axle and wheel don't work the exact same way.
