Curriculum:
- Math: We get to dig into division this week! We'll play some games and complete some activities. We found this to be very successful for learning multiplication.
- L.A.
- Spelling: Lesson 8 starts this week.
- Writing: Our "Lost" story is underway. Planning has taken place, and we are working on drafting the stories so we can start taking pictures.
- Science: This week we'll continue learning about gears and will explore levers on Thursday.
- Social: In the Boreal Forest region, we'll learn about Lac la Biche, and how forest fires aren't always bad. We'll also learn about the First Nations connection to the region and will start learning about the oil sands by the end of the week.
