Week of Apr. 9-13, 2018

Welcome back!  We hope you had a restful break.  It may not have been as warm as we would have liked but hopefully there were some ways you were able to get outside and enjoy the time off. 

Notes:

• Hot lunch orders are due online by 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Curriculum:

• Math: We are starting our unit on area.  You can help at home by continuing to practice multiplication facts.
• L.A.
• Spelling: Lesson 12 continues
• Writing: Each class is at varying points in the persuasive essay writing process.  We are going to have the students present them as speeches when they are all written; first to their own classes, then the top speeches will present to all of the grade 4 classes.

• Social:  We will continue to learn about the First Peoples and will have a presentation from Miss Toni about the buffalo.
