Notes:
- Monday the 21st is Victoria Day - no school.
Curriculum:
- Math: We are continuing to work on patterns in charts.
- L.A.
- Spelling Lesson 15 starts this week (some students accidentally got Lesson 16 so we'll just switch them and do 15 next time).
- Writing: We are starting a pun unit! Sorry not sorry if your child comes home driving you crazy with puns.
- Science: We get to learn more about roots and will investigate different types of leaves and what they do.
- Social: We had our last presentation by Ms. Rahim's group today on how Alberta went from a territory to a province and the changes that came with it. We will be looking into treaties this week.

Tuesday:
- Nelson library books due
- Trip to the College Drive church to see Gregg LeRock (click here to check out his music)
- Hot lunch orders due online
Thursday:
- We will be working on the art project that requires markers - please send them in if you have them and are willing
Friday:
- District Pow Wow 9:00 a.m.
- No Friday Letters
